1. Close your account in the radicant app

Open the radicant app, go to “Profile & Settings” (circle in the top right corner) and scroll down to “Close account”.

Enter the IBAN and account holder for the transfer of your remaining balance, including any accrued interest.

2. Access to your account during the closure

The closure process may take some time. During this time, you will continue to have access to your account.

Tip: You can transfer your current balance now. Any accrued interest will be sent separately once calculated.

Yes, your 3a account will be transferred from radicant to Alpian during the migration. Here’s what you need to know about your funds:

During Migration: When your account is migrated, your 3a funds from radicant will be transferred as cash and will stay in cash in your new Alpian 3a account.

Transferring Before Migration: If you choose to transfer your 3a account to Alpian now, before the general migration, the funds will be invested. It is not currently possible to transfer your radicant 3a to Alpian and keep it as cash before the migration.

In summary, if you want your 3a funds to remain in cash, you should wait for the automatic migration. If you transfer your funds now, they will be invested.

No. You maintain access to your funds at all times, and there is no disruption period.

The migration will include your funds only. Your existing product setup, including card and account, will not be transferred. You will need to re-establish these products and solutions with Alpian after the migration is complete.
