How does the American Express Platinum Card® integrate with Alpian's services?
Although Alpian does not provide direct credit card services, our partnership with American Express enables our clients to enjoy the exclusive benefits and preferential rates associated with the Platinum Card. This integration ensures that Alpian clients can access premium services seamlessly.
What are the requirements to apply for the Platinum Card® via Alpian?
All Alpian clients who do not yet have an American Express Platinum Card® can apply for one. Swisscard reserves the right to decline a card request.
How do I receive the Alpian Bonus?
The Alpian bonus is a bank credit of up to CHF 200 offered by Alpian. You will receive CHF 50 each quarter, credited directly to your Alpian bank account, continuing for one year as long as you maintain your banking relationship with Alpian. After your card is issued, details on how to obtain the credit will be provided by Swisscard AECS GmbH within eight weeks.
