Terms and Conditions for the American Express Platinum Card®
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the special offer ("Offer") for the American Express Platinum Card®, organised by Alpian SA ("Alpian") in partnership with the card issuer, Swisscard AECS GmbH ("Swisscard"). By participating in the Offer, applicants agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Offer is open to all existing Alpian clients who do not yet hold an American Express Platinum Card® as of April 21st 2026.
Swisscard reserves the right to decline any card application at its sole discretion.
The special conditions, including the Alpian Bonus, apply only to applications made through the Alpian app.
Offer period
The Offer, including the special Alpian Bonus of CHF 300, is valid for applications submitted until June 30, 2026. Alpian reserves the right to terminate or modify the Offer at its discretion, in line with applicable laws.
Application mechanism
Clients can apply for the American Express Platinum Card® through the Alpian app.
Ensure you have an active Alpian account.
Navigate to the "More" section within the app.
Select the American Express Platinum Card® offer to be redirected to the application page.
Offer details and rewards
By applying through Alpian, clients are entitled to the following special rates and conditions.
50% discount on the American Express Platinum Card® annual fee for the first year.
75'000 Membership Rewards® points upon card approval.
CHF 300 exclusive Alpian Bonus credited to your Alpian account. The Bonus is disbursed in four quarterly installments of CHF 75 each.
Full access to all standard American Express Platinum Card® benefits, including airport lounge access, premium travel and lifestyle services, comprehensive insurance packages, and more.
Account closure
Should you close your Alpian account, you will forfeit any remaining quarterly installments of the CHF 300 Alpian Bonus that have not yet been disbursed.
Information sharing disclaimer
By applying for the American Express Platinum Card® through this Offer, the applicant acknowledges and consents to the following:
The card issuer, Swisscard AECS GmbH, may be aware that the applicant maintains a banking relationship with Alpian SA.
Submission of the card application to Swisscard constitutes explicit consent to this disclosure.
Beyond this acknowledgement, Alpian and Swisscard will not share any further data or information regarding their respective client relationships.
Limitation of liability
Alpian SA acts as a partner for this Offer but is not the provider of credit card services. Alpian shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the American Express Platinum Card® and its associated services, which are the sole responsibility of Swisscard and American Express. Alpian's liability is limited to the execution of the Alpian Bonus as described herein.
Modification and termination
Alpian reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Offer and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
