What is eBill?
eBill is the Swiss digital invoicing system that lets you receive, review, and pay your invoices directly in your Alpian app, securely and without paper.
How do I activate eBill?
Log in to your Alpian app, go to Profile → eBill, and tap Activate. From there, select the issuers you want to receive invoices from.
Can I still receive paper or PDF invoices?
Yes. eBill is an additional option, not a replacement. You can continue receiving and paying invoices by other means if you prefer.
What if I already use eBill with another bank?
No problem. You can easily link your existing eBill account to Alpian during activation. Simply select “I already use eBill” when setting up the service, and your existing issuers will appear automatically.
Is eBill secure?
Yes. eBill is managed by SIX Group, the Swiss financial infrastructure provider. All issuers are verified, and your data remains fully protected within Alpian’s secure environment.
What happens after I activate eBill?
Once activated, participating issuers will send your invoices directly to your Alpian app. You can review, approve, or schedule payments in just a few taps.
