RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE:
Assist clients on the day-to-day activity by providing an excellent support in banking services including card management, banking transactions, investment solutions, general offering and any other inquiry coming from client and from other departments.
Additionally, the role consists in handling internal tickets related to client’s experiences and issues and provide a proper follow-up based on Alpian’s standards.
