Terms and Conditions for the Uber World Cup raffle
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the special promotional raffle ("Offer") organized by Alpian SA ("Alpian") in partnership with Uber. By participating in the Offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
The Offer is exclusively open to new clients of Alpian who meet all of the following conditions:
You are a physical person, of legal age (at least 18 years old), and a resident of Switzerland.
You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an active account with Alpian.
You successfully pass Alpian's standard onboarding and compliance checks.
The special conditions, including automatic entry into the raffle, apply only to applications completed through the Alpian app using the dedicated promo code.
Alpian reserves the right to decline any account application at its sole discretion.
Offer period
The Offer is valid for account applications submitted between June 25, 2026 and July 19, 2026 (the "Offer period"). Alpian reserves the right to terminate, shorten, or extend the Offer period at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
Application mechanism
To enter the raffle, eligible participants must complete the following steps within the designated timeframe:
Apply: Open a new Alpian account through the Alpian app using the promo code UBER10 during the sign-up process.
Deposit: Make a first deposit of a minimum of CHF 500 into your newly opened Alpian account. This deposit must be settled no later than July 19, 2026 (included) and be kept into the account during at least 30 days from account opening.
Win: Upon successful completion of steps 1 and 2, the participant will automatically be entered into the raffle. Each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry into the raffle.
Offer details and rewards
The prize pool consists of ten individual "Uber One 12-month" subscriptions (each a "Prize").
Ten winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible participants.
Each winner will receive a voucher code or digital activation link redeemable for a 12-month membership of Uber One in Switzerland.
The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other currencies, or alternative services.
Raffle draw and winner notification
The draw will be conducted randomly by Alpian under secure conditions.
Winners will be notified directly by Alpian via the email address associated with their Alpian account.
If a winner does not respond to the notification or cannot be reached or if they fail to meet the eligibility criteria, Alpian reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and draw an alternative winner.
Account closure
Should you close your Alpian account, or if your account is suspended or terminated by Alpian for compliance or regulatory reasons before the raffle draw or before the Prize is successfully delivered, you will forfeit your entry and any right to the Prize.
Information sharing and data privacy disclaimer
By participating in this Offer and accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges and consents to the following:
Alpian may share necessary contact information (such as name and email address) with Uber or its designated agents solely for the purpose of provisioning and activating the 12-month Uber One subscription.
The processing of personal data is subject to Alpian's Privacy Policy, as well as Uber's respective terms of service and privacy policies upon prize redemption.
Beyond what is strictly required for the execution and fulfillment of this Offer, Alpian and Uber will not share any further client data or transactional information.
Limitation of liability
Alpian SA acts as the organizer of the raffle but is not the provider of Uber or Uber One services. Alpian shall not be liable for:
Any technical issues, delivery failures, or errors on the part of Uber regarding the redemption or service quality of the Uber One subscription.
Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the utilization of the Uber One membership, which is governed solely by Uber's own Terms of Service.
Modification and termination
Alpian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, notably in the event of technical difficulties, suspected abuse, fraud, or force majeure, subject to compliance with applicable Swiss laws and regulations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Offer and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
