Terms and Conditions - Referral Program – September Bonus

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Referral Program – September Bonus ("Program") organised by Alpian SA ("Alpian"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Program is open to existing Alpian clients in good standing, subject to compliance with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations.

General eligibility:

Applies only to referrals and account openings made between 1.09.2025 and 30.09.2025.
The CHF 50 welcome bonus applies only to new Alpian clients joining in September 2025 using the referral code REF050.
The offer is not available to existing clients or those who have previously used a referral code.

Program period

The Program is valid from 1 September 2025 to 30 September 2025. Alpian reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, in line with applicable laws.

Referral mechanism

Participants can refer new clients to Alpian using their unique referral code. The referral reward depends on the referred individual opening an account and fulfilling all conditions outlined in these Terms.

Rewards

For new clients

CHF 50 Welcome Bonus
Valid only for new clients joining in September 2025 using the code REF050.
Requires a minimum deposit of CHF 1,000 to activate the account. This balance must be maintained for at least 7 days.
The bonus will be credited within 45 days after all conditions are met.
The CHF 1’000 deposit always remains available to the client.

For referrers

CHF 100 per successful referral

The referred individual must:

Open an Alpian account using the referrer’s code.
Successfully complete identity verification.
Deposit at least CHF 500 within 30 days and maintain this balance for 7 consecutive days.
Rewards are credited within 45 days once all conditions are met.
There is no limit to the number of referrals.

For referred individuals

Up to CHF 150
CHF 75 after completing account opening, identity verification, and maintaining a CHF 500 deposit for 7 days.
CHF 75 additional bonus when investing at least CHF 2’000 within 3 months of account activation.
The account must remain active with a positive balance when the reward is credited.

Reward conditions and restrictions

Rewards are granted only if all conditions are met within the specified timelines.
Alpian may reclaim the reward if the client or referred individual closes their account within six months of opening.
If a referral code is not correctly entered or conditions are not fulfilled, no reward will be credited.
Accounts must be active, verified, and in good standing at the time of reward crediting.

By participating in the Program, participants consent that Alpian may share limited information related to the referral’s status:

Confirmation that an account has been successfully opened and activated using the referrer’s code.
No financial or personal data will be disclosed.

The referred individual will be informed that the referrer is an active Alpian client. All data sharing complies with Swiss and EEA data protection and banking secrecy laws.

Limitation of liability

Alpian shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program or use of any reward, except as required by law.

Modification and termination

Alpian may modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice, in compliance with applicable laws.

No correspondence

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Program or the awarding of rewards, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program and supersede prior versions. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
