Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Referral Program ("Program") organised by Alpian SA ("Alpian"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The Program is open to existing Alpian clients who are in good standing, subject to compliance with all applicable Swiss laws and regulations.
General eligibility:
Applies only to referrals made on or after 15.01.2026.
Program period
The Program commences on 15.01.2026. Alpian reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at its discretion, in line with applicable laws.
Referral mechanism
Participants can refer new clients to Alpian using a unique referral code. The referral reward, as detailed herein, depends on the referred individual opening an account with Alpian and fulfilling the conditions set forth in these Terms.
Rewards
For referrers
CHF 25 + CHF 75 in investment fee credit per referred individual who successfully completes all activation conditions.
Activation conditions
At the time of reward crediting, the referrer must:
Be an existing Alpian client.
Have an active Alpian account with a positive balance.
Additional investment reward
The referrer receives an additional CHF 75 in investment fee credit if the referred individual invests at least CHF 2’000.
Reward crediting
Rewards are credited within 45 days after all applicable conditions are fully met.
No reward will be credited if the referral code is not correctly used or if the conditions are not met within the defined periods.
At the time of reward crediting, the referrer’s account must be active, in use, and have a positive balance.
For referred individuals
CHF 25 + CHF 75 in investment fee credit after successfully completing all activation conditions.
Activation conditions
The referred individual must:
Open an Alpian account using a valid referral code.
Successfully complete identity verification.
Deposit a minimum of CHF 500 and maintain this deposit continuously for at least 7 consecutive days.
Additional investment reward
The referred individual receives an additional CHF 75 in investment fee credit.
Reward crediting
Rewards are credited within 45 days after all applicable conditions are fulfilled.
At the time of reward crediting, the referred individual’s account must be active, in use, and have a positive balance.
Investment fee credit validity
The investment fee credit is valid for 12 months from the date of account activation.
Any unused investment fee credit after this date will be forfeited.
Investment fee credits are cumulative.
Account closure
Alpian may request the return of the referral reward if you close your account within 6 months of account opening. This applies to both your account and the accounts of those who referred you.
Information sharing disclaimer
By participating in the Program, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that Alpian may share certain information related to the opening and activation of Alpian accounts with the Referrer. The information to be shared with the Referrer will only include confirmation that an account has been successfully opened and activated using the Referrer's unique referral code, and will not include any specific account details, personal financial information, or other confidential information.
Additionally, by referring a friend through the Program, the Referrer accepts and expressly consents that the referred person may be informed that the Client has an active Alpian account.
Participation in the referral program constitutes consent to this information sharing. Please note that all information sharing will be conducted in strict accordance with applicable Swiss and EEA laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and banking secrecy laws.
Limitation of liability
Alpian shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program or acceptance, possession, or use of any reward, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Modification and termination
Alpian reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
No correspondence
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Program, the selection of recipients, or the awarding of rewards, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.

Final provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
